How do contract sales differ from your Trade program?
Our contract sales program is for Hospitality Projects, Commercial Retailers, Multi-Residential Developments and more, while our Design Trade program is for design/build industry professionals working on single-residential projects. Each program carries different terms and conditions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details on the specific T&C’s of each.
Can I place a Trade order online?
No. At this time, all orders must be placed through our Business account team once you have applied and been accepted into the program.
What products are included in the trade program?
Most Casper products are part of our trade program, however, some exclusions apply.
Are there minimums to be eligible for the trade program?
There are no minimums, however the discount tier varies based on level of spend. Please contact our trade account team for more specifics.
What type of trade/contract professionals qualify for the Casper Trade program?
The trade program is open to interior designers, registered general contractors, home stagers whose clients are homeowners directly, professional architects, hotels, property management companies, homebuilders and various other commercial entities (pending approval). We will ask for documentation (certification, business license or similar) showing your eligibility for the trade program.
How do the trade discounts work?
Our discount tiers are based on cumulative spending with Casper. Once enrolled in the program your spending is tracked and your discount status is updated as you hit key spending milestones. We will send a membership card in the trade program when you join and it will be updated as you advance through the spending tiers. How do I pay for my order?
Our business account team can process your orders directly. We accept invoice billing only (pre-order payment). We don’t currently offer financing.
Does the trade program charge sales tax?
Where provided by law, we do collect sales tax.
I’ve already purchase from Casper. Can I have trade pricing retroactively applied?
Unfortunately, trade discounts are not available for previous purchases from Casper.
What is the trade program return policy?
Given our exclusive pricing discounts, we are unable to accept most returns unless product has been damaged in transit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times are usually less than a week but vary by product and selected delivery method. For the most accurate information, please contact our business account team.
Does the trade program rent or lease furniture?
No. At this time we do not have a rental or lease option.
Are products from the trade program available for resale?
No, with some exceptions. Design trade professionals with relevant resale certificates are eligible to be tax-exempt in most cases. Documentation must be provided when applying and final determination is at the sole discretion of Casper.
Does the Casper warranty apply to my trade purchase?
While we pride ourselves on making quality products we know consumers have issues from time to time. If you purchase a Casper product for non-commercial use in an individual home, then our Casper consumer limited warranty applies. If you are purchasing for a commercial/contract application (i.e. hotels, hospitals, etc) then you will be covered under a 3 year limited warranty on mattresses.
